Osteopathy

Osteopathy is the holistic practice of diagnosing and treating a range of conditions associated with the body's structure.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is the therapeutic use of essential oils to help conditions of imbalance. These aromatic oils are massaged into the skin where they are absorbed and transported throughout the body.

I am an Independent Consultant for NYR Organic (Neal's Yard Remedies). I use their products (including essential oils) in some of my treatments.
